Whole team on your side
At Mandeville we believe we are stronger together so your account manager will also brief the whole team on your vacancy, and all the Tele-solutions consultants in that office will be actively searching for candidates on your behalf based on the account manager’s brief. So you get the benefit of more increased search capacity, without any confusion on who you should contact with enquiries.

Our process is geared around speed and we use multiple methods to attract candidates quickly for your positions, including but not limited to:

Interview times to suit you
We appreciate the busy diaries of our clients. We therefore agree pre-set interview times with them up front, and work rigorously to make sure we fill those times with the right amount of quality candidates. This ensures our clients can get on with their busy day jobs during recruitment with minimal disruption. It avoids multiple interview times and no-shows and eradicates wasted time.
Rigorous Screening
The rigorous screening process common to all Mandeville divisions takes its lead from your briefing and ensures quality. We take the responsibility for pre-screening away and recommend just ¾ pre cleared candidates. This means you can get to business quicker and meet better candidates first time. As part of our standard offering we can also conduct second telephone interviews, face to face interviews, or assessment days on your behalf – adding value to your recruitment process.
No mass of CVs
Some clients do prefer to receive CVs prior to interview and we will send requested CVs across. Most prefer for us to take that hassle away from them and instead have a detailed briefing with them on the phone about candidates. This gives them a chance to ask questions and have instant answers. Less reading, less time needed, and more tailored information.
Detailed telephone interviewing
All Mandeville candidates are required to take part in a detailed telephone interview with a Mandeville consultant first and foremost. This gives us a real chance to judge their all important telephone manner and skills, confidence in selling and dealing with challenging questions and their personality fit to the role. Speaking to all candidates in person gives our consultants complete confidence in their necessary skills in practice rather than simply on paper. So you meet with candidates who have the basic skills in place, guaranteed.
Caring for candidates after offer
Our work does not stop once you accept our successful candidate. After offer we:
- keep regular contact with the candidate before they start work
- check with them on their first day to ensure a smooth and prompt start
- continue to contact them regularly during induction period
- have regular contact with you to check their progress and your satisfaction
