Mandeville appreciate the busy diaries of our hiring retail clients, many of whom are on the move in field based roles. We offer a tailored communication process which is agreed up front to meet clients needs, e.g. agreeing up front to hold monthly review meetings with clients’ dedicated account manager. As we agree communication channels up front and stick with these – we reach you quicker and with more relevant information.
As consistency and client knowledge is paramount in this industry, each of our clients has a dedicated account manager and single point of contact at all times. This increases our ability to quickly match candidates to clients and provide the quality of service needed.
Prepared candidates as standard
We personally interview all retail and hospitality candidates in person before recommending them. We also very importantly expect all of our candidates to take serious time preparing for interview, and we set them pre-interview work including a SWOT self-analysis and interview preparation session. This is to ensure that they are taking your time seriously and tests their suitability and desire for the role. If they don’t complete these, we refuse to put them forward.
