"I’m currently working as a Customer Manager for the gas sector of a Utility Services Company.  One of my responsibilities is to ensure we have the correct number of skilled gas operatives and as such I deal with a number of recruitment and employment agencies, one of these being Mandeville.   The two consultants who look after our recruitment issues are very professional, courteous to our needs and have always delivered what we have asked for.  Whilst there are always teething problems with the employment of new operatives, Jo and Jade have always shown excellent liaison skills between all three parties involved and have promptly ironed out any issues that have been raised.  Of note with Mandeville is that, unlike some other agencies, I have never had one operative approach me with regards any pay or terms of employment concerns.  I feel this is due, in the main, to Jo and Jade’s approachable demeanour and their excellent communication skills.   Whenever a recruitment need arises Mandeville are now preferred choice and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services"
