Working as specialists
Consultants in our divisions recruit solely for their chosen sectors, day-in day-out. This gives them increased market awareness, increased contacts in that industry and a more thorough awareness of what clients and candidates are looking for. This helps us deliver against clients’ and candidates’ needs faster and more reliably.
Understand our clients
We dedicate the most time and effort up front; to understand our clients business in detail, the type of skills and type of staff they need and are looking for. This means less hassle and confusion further down the line. Once we understand our clients well, we are in the best position to match candidates to them quickly and base our rigorous screening process on their needs.
Be rigorous in selection and screening
Our detailed selection process means that all our clients have the highest chance of meeting the right candidate quickly, and our candidates know we won’t put them forward for a role if we are not confident they have a great chance of getting it. We don’t bombard our clients with a mass of CVs to sift through, instead consult with them to arrange a meeting with a select few quality candidates, making selection smoother for both candidate and client.
Support our candidates
We start by briefing our candidates fully on jobs which match their needs and skills, so they are fully aware of job opportunities, and can make an informed decision on the roles they want to apply for. Our candidates benefit at interview as they start with a firm knowledge of the role and company they are applying for.
Once candidates have decided to apply for a particular role, we support them throughout the application process. They don’t have to chase us to ask how their applications are going – it's our job to keep them updated.
We also provide interview preparation tips and sessions, a vast array of online support and application training materials, and a professional support network. All of our candidates can expect feedback on their interviews, CVs and applications.
Deliver on our promises
Mandeville consultants are committed to good account management. We understand the importance of keeping the little promises and commitments along the way. If we say we will call at a certain time, we will. We communicate well with both clients and candidates to keep them up to date throughout the whole process.
